Can I use my own modem?

Yes. Most modems will work with FOXUS NBN as long as they’re compatible. You may need an NBN connection box depending on your address. Not sure? Our team can help you check.

Why does my speed vary during peak times?

Evenings from 7 pm to 11 pm are the busiest time on the network. More people online means speeds can dip. FOXUS plans like Momentum and Navigator are built to deliver consistent performance, even during peak hours.

How long does it take to get connected?

If your address is already connected to the NBN, setup usually takes between 1 and 5 business days. If a technician appointment is needed, connection may take up to 2 to 4 weeks.
